Behind every number is a young person drifting from the people meant to reach them. Precision Training equips those people to reach them on purpose.
“i built this because i kept meeting young people no one could reach.”
I'm a youth worker first. Precision Training is the method I wish I'd had on day one — a shared language and a repeatable way to show up with intention, not improvisation. For Youth Work Week, I want it in as many hands as possible. Take Level 1. If it's useful, take Level 2 too, free this week.

Yes. Level 1 is free permanently and always has been. For Youth Work Week, Level 2 — normally £34.99 — is also free until 23:59 (GMT) on Sunday 8 November 2026. No card is needed to enrol this week.
Level 1 is the foundations — the philosophy, the SHAPE model, the identity tiers and the Precision Formula. Level 2 is application — running real sessions, the Tier Assessment, Precision Aid Cards, safeguarding pathways and measuring outcomes.
Both are self-paced and online. Level 1 is around 6 hours, Level 2 around 8 hours. Start, pause and come back whenever you like — your progress is saved.
Yes — completing a level earns a free, personalised Precision Graduation Record. To be clear, that is not a professional certification: Certified Precision Practitioner status comes only through Precision Coaching, our PILLAR arc, not the training.
Anyone who works with young people aged 11–18: schools, PRUs, alternative provision, sport academies, councils and community organisations — plus parents, mentors, coaches and pastoral leads.
Level 1 stays free, forever. Level 2 simply returns to its normal £34.99. Anything you've already enrolled in stays yours.
