Key Shift London CICGoverned by the laws of England & WalesLast updated: August 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and the free tools and training we offer through it. By using the site you accept them.

Who we are

Key Shift London CIC ("we", "us", "our") is a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales (company no. 15685849), based in South Croydon, CR2 6NB. You can reach us at hello@keyshiftlondon.org.

Using this website

You may use this site for lawful, personal or organisational purposes connected with youth development. You agree not to misuse it — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, scraping at scale, or submitting others' personal data without a lawful basis. We may withdraw or change any part of the site at any time.

The free tools

Our free resources — including the Breakthrough Blueprint and the Precision Field Toolkit — are provided to support practitioners working with young people. You may use and share the Toolkit freely and unaltered with your own team. You may not resell them, present them as your own, or remove our branding. They are provided for general practitioner use and are not a substitute for professional, clinical or safeguarding advice.

Our intellectual property

The content, design, and methodology on this site — including the Precision Streamline System, the SHAPE model, the Precision Tier Model, PILLAR, Precision Training and related materials — are owned by Key Shift London CIC or used under licence. You may not copy, adapt or redistribute them except as expressly permitted above or with our written permission.

Training, coaching and payments

When you buy Precision Training or book coaching, the details shown at the point of purchase (price, level, seats, delivery) form part of your agreement with us. Payments are handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store your card details. Training access is granted to the named purchaser or the individual who activates a team seat, and is personal to them. Certificates are issued on completion. For questions about access, invoices or refunds, contact hello@keyshiftlondon.org.

Enquiries and no professional advice

Information on this site is general and provided in good faith. It does not constitute professional, legal, clinical or safeguarding advice, and should not be relied on as such. Responsibility for safeguarding and for decisions about individual young people remains with you and your organisation.

Third-party links and services

We link to third-party services (for example Stripe for payment and Cal.com for bookings). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply when you use them. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site available and accurate but provide it "as is", without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
